I get it from my family doctor...No side affects other than it makes me sleepy but that's why I like it because my anxiety is usually at night.
Hi.. Is Ativan something you get from chemist?? Or do u have to get it from Gp? Do you get any side affects from it? Thanks..
I suffer from jaw clenching, head zaps, pounding heart when going to sleep and no being able to concentrate. The only thing I take is ativan when needed. I don't like the side affects from certain medications.
My eldest son takes vitamin D and omega 3 oil instead of citralopan now.
He had some nasty side effects too.
He's doing really well...no attacks in quite a while.
I felt like you when I was taking Xanax...yuck.

Jaw clenching
Head zap feeling

Can't really concentrate or take in what people are saying.
My f
Gp has prescribed me citralopan but I'm worried 2 take them as I can't cope with the side affects.. Any ideas??? Kelly.
Those are all symptoms of anxiety disorder, however they are also symptoms of many other problems including ( but not limited to ) IBS, GERD, ( acid reflux ) MS, etc.
Most of the above mentioned also go hand in hand with anxiety.
The B12 being low could possibly cause some of the symptoms, but taking a B12 supplement should ease any of the symptoms associated with that.
You don't have to have an earth shattering experience to start having anxiety problems...anxiety actually builds up from years of stress/worry.
Something could have happened to you when you were ten...and it has stayed in the back of your mind all these years...building up...slowly...then exploding.
