Why Sudden vivid dreaming, and onset of anxiety?

So about 2 months ago is I had my gallbladder removed, and then last week I suddenly started having very vivid dreams. I've never had dreams I remember of before, but I also have a ton of enegery and suddenly anxiety attacks that last all day. Any ideas?

Are you saying you've only started getting this problem after having your gallbladder removed?  Never before?  Are you on medication new to you since then?  Because the gallbladder is so involved in digesting fat based foods, this could be nutritional, it could be drug side effects as well.  You aren't taking a new allergy med, for example, are you?  They can be very speedy.

Dunno.  Seems odd they would appear out of nowhere.  But matters not, really.  Some good stress and anxiety management will help you, along with getting some good exercise most every day.

Anxiety can happen to anyone and it is sometimes easy to pinpoint and other times it requires therapy to figure it out and resolve it.
Dreams don't mean much of anything so I wouldn't try to correlate them to your anxiety.
You mention your gall bladder, but is that just incidental or do you have anxiety about it now?
