I have three reasons which are making me anxious and causing stress:
1. I am not considered important / looked down upon by some close colleagues
2. My other colleagues are getting noticed and gaining prominence
3. I am not able to prove that I am better than others
The above reasons are not intentional but happens to me naturally. What is the cause for this and how can I overcome it ?
Have spent 10 minutes going over and over your post and only two things come to mind.............you are paranoid and lack self-esteem.
In my humble opinion, the only way you are going to overcome this is with therapy.
