If everything else medically has been ruled out then you need to start thinking about seeing a psychologist to help you learn techniqus to lessen your ansiety (cognitive behavioral therapy). It's hard to battle something when you don't know exactly what is going on and why. So pick up the phone and make yet another doctor's appointment and get the help you need so that you can move on with your life. You said you are a mom and its kind of hard to be a mom when you feel like crap all the time.
i try and understand but how can i be fine for days and then suddenly feel lightheaded and out of body almost.my vision is probably my biggest concern now its almost like i can tlook at something to long because i loose focus and turn away can my vision be affected so much?
I have the exact problems, ill be fine for weeks then outta NO where it hits me, i feel dizzy and off balance!! I dwell on it and makes it SO bad! I dont understand this! Im a mom of 3 and I try very hard to keep it together! I think im going to go to the drs and get all the test done again! Then if everythings ok I need to try and move on with this anxiety!
