Anxiety induced seizures

My 24 y. o. daughter has bipolar disorder and ADHD with extremely high anxiety levels.  A year ago she started having non traditional seizures which resulted in MRI, CT Scan and Special week long EEG Study in hospital. Result was complex partial seizures brought on by high anxiety.  She was placed on topomax (topamax). Since March of this year she has been having panic attacks which doctors feel are also brought on by anxiety but are precipitated bya headache so Klonopin as needed has been used and is working.  Over the last month, she has been having breakthrough seizures and now she is having almost 3 every day.  They have never been shorter than 3 or 4 minutes but usually are 20 to 45 minutes. Non responsive, jerking, vomiting, choking, chewing motions, vocalizations, fear, anger, fist clenching and hitting walls, are some of the things that happen when she is having one of these episodes. I am wondering if it is possible for these seizures to get worse, does she need more medication, different medication or an increased dose of medicine.  She is also on Psych meds for her bipolar disorder and ADHD.
