Anxiety no sleep

I've had anxiety attacks off and on for the past 3 years and currently for a straight week now. I wake up every night around 3am sweating, thisty, hungry, with a racing heart, wanting to throw up, poop, neck tight and feeling unreal. This *****. What do I do? I used to be on anti anxiety meds when I was a late teenager but haven't had to take them since. I'm 32 now and pretty healthy, I exercise regularly and eat well. I've been a vegetarian for the past 3 years so I'm not sure if that's the cause? I've been to the ER several times and after tests they say I'm ok and that it's anxiety attacks. I have racing thoughts and tend to think the worst, I feel like a hypochondriac! I'm tired and want this feeling to go away... Any suggestions? I don't want to take meds.
