How many of us have Extrasystoles? PVC?

So just wanna hear you guys out.
Cause I have a believable difficulty not being angst about them.

That large "thump/bump" that comes from inside the chest.... It bugs me allot.

So yeah, share your experience. . . Had them? Have them? Did they pass along with your anxiety? Were they not anxiety related? Whats the deal?

Well mine are really weird so to speak.
I usually just have one or two a day- (thats like the norm now)- But if im stressed out I can get a pack within minutes.

But they always get the best of me.

But still find it odd I dont really get them if im out drinking. Not often at least.

But yeah, just cant get used to them, mostly cause i dont know when to accept they have been checked enough to conclude a 100% they are okay.

As ive mentioned in other posts. . . .I get two different feedbacks. (both from docs and non-phd's)-
Who say one must have a echo to be sure and the other side says its not needed.
So have a hard time figuring out who to believe-

I've had the "missed beats" as I call them for about 18 years on and off.  Unfortunately right now they are on and driving me crazy!  Sometimes I have just a few here and there and can handle that. It's when they are every few beats or the really hard thumping ones, or last for days that I don't do very well and start to get anxious about them which of course makes them worse.

They are definitely better when my anxiety is better, though I do get a few random ones even then.

How about you?
