Thanks and I don't think it's a panic disorder, I think It's just anxiety because I'm able to control it sometimes but I do get it everyday and anxiety has symptoms of what I feel. Also! When people talk to me I don't have the symptoms and I'm able to do activities without it bothering me and I don't have fears
Thanks and yeah, I worry, and I don't think I get anxiety when I'm happy I think it's actually only when I worry, but It's controllable sometimes and when it's not controllable I kinda just wait till it goes away,And It's not because of the redbull because I haven't had redbull in a long time also I get anxiety because of caffeine but I stopped drinking caffeine so yeah, I do think it's anxiety though because I've searched up about anxiety and the symptoms are definitely what I'm feeling and also anxiety sometimes appears randomly and that happens to me.
Hey,
It may be anxiety, though it wouldnt be the first thing to come to my mind. Seeing as how you said it happens when happy as well and is relatively new to you. Let me ask you something....do you have a lot of fears/worries??
Things like red-bull can certainly bring about the symptoms that you are describing. I would look up for instance "long term side effects from red-bull". No one can make you take anything that you do not want to. That being said, I think you need to at least see a doctor and explain your symptoms, when they started, and any changes you have made to try and stop them from happening. I think at least you would feel better to know for sure what is going on. Hope you feel better soon!!
Could easily be panic disorder, but hard to know without a full history. A panic attack could range anywhere from shaking, rapid heart beat, feeling of faintness or nausea, feeling out of your head, etc. I understand not wanting to medications but there are plenty of ways to manage stress and anxiety, as well as cope with panic attacks when they happen. There are plenty of relaxation techniques, meditation, yoga, distractions (puzzles, making lists, etc). Therapy always helps too, but only if your open to it and can find a good counselor who doesn't push meds down your throat.
