Anxiety or something else?

Recently I've had a lot of problems sleeping. It's only ever happened when I'm concerned about the health of family members. Their health is never in such a vulnerable state that it's natural not to sleep, they just have the flu or something. About half 7 I start to feel nauseous and then I feel that way all through the night until about 3am when I can usually sleep peacefully. I shiver a lot, my legs, torso and hands mainly and feel sick in waves. I've never actually vomited from it though.
I recently had glandular fever and have my final a level exams coming up which could be causing me more stress than I'm used to.
Does this sound like something anxiety related or something entirely different?
Thank-you!

I agree with dolphin that definetly sounds like anxiety. Last month I had the same feelings. I couldn't sleep for 3 days straight. Every night I felt like I was in pure hell my heart beat was fast every 20 minutes my chest and arm were hurting I was shaking so much even though it wasn't cold loss of appetite loss of interest in things you like. Feeling nauseous and dizzy. Anxiety causes a lot of physical symptoms, it's crazy. I realized I needed to go out for a walk 1 hour a day plus bed time yoga at night. It relieves me. At night I read my bible and drink chamomile tea with lemon. This helps so much it's not even funny. I don't get up at all during my sleep I sleep like a baby. Before, I used to get up 2 or 3 times for things. Now, I go to bed at 10 and wake up at 6:30-7;00 am. Please try yoga. Research shows yoga relieves stress and anxiety by 30%. Also taking in ALOT of magnesium (your daily amount) can really help anxiety, stress, depression. Please get better, I'm sorry for your family not feeling well. God bless <3 *hugs*

Def sounds like anxiety to me!!! I would have lots of trouble sleeping worrying about family etc and your  mind has the largest effect over your tummy / gut. Huge Mind/ Body connection there. Try to relax, make sure you burn off that extra energy by getting some workouts in :)

It might be anxiety.  Google 'relaxation techniques'.  I think doing these easy excersizes will help you. :) - Blu
