Anxiety or something else?

I have been struggling with anxiety for most of my life, but only lately have I had any physical effects.  I almost always think I will die and live my life in a constant state of fear.  Lately in the past 2 or 3 months I have experienced a feeling that my stomach or intestines are vibrating very quickly.  It generally happens when I am laying down, but now it is happening even when I sit up.  I am so afraid that it is an abdominal aortic aneurysm or something else of that effect.  Could this be from anxiety?  I have asked some other people the same question and they say they sometimes get the same feeling, but after 10 minutes the reassurance wears off and I become afraid again.  I have always had stomach issues since I was a baby, so maybe it is just that?  Any help is so appreciated!  I am going to the doctor on Monday, but that seems like years away right now!

Thank you so much for answering!  It REALLY helps =)  I was thinking that too, if we always hear that people can have trembles in their arms and legs, why not on the inside?  It's weird because I even feel the trembles when I think I am relatively calm, but I guess I am in a constant state of anxiety.  I have my first appointment with a psychiatrist on the 29th and maybe he can give me a medicine that will calm me down.  Again, thank you so much.  Knowing that there are others out there is such a help!

Hey there...I too get the trembles in my stomach/intestines ..I notice that most people get them only in thier extremeties..i get them there too ...I can tell you i  HATE taking meds so for my anxiety but, I take 1/2 a valium as needed ( maybe once a week) when it gets really bad  & it makes the trembles go away.

I am no Dr but, if an anxiety med makes an anxiety symptom go away ..its cause must be anxiety. Ive had a STACK of tests too much to list all came back negative ..so I'm sure I dont have something else ..i really think you'll be fine .It just sucks *** to feel that way and when your mind starts to wander it gets worse .

I just re-read this and I rambled a bit ..hope this helps some..just know you're not alone ..God Bless
