If you're not eating enough when you get nausea from the anxiety then you can definitley experience nausea and hunger together. The anxiety can cause nausea and hunger can cause nausea too. The best thing to do is when you're feeling anxious and feeling nausea from the anxiety try eating bland foods...toast, saltines, white rice and ginger ale. Its easy on the tummy but you won't end up feeling sick from being really hungry.
