Is this anxiety?
i never feel hungry, ever! my stomach doesnt growl to tell me its empty or anything, and i usually forget to eat. the only way i know when im hungry is when i get sweaty and shaky.

Yes, that does sounds like anxiety...I've experience that when I was diagnosed with anxiety, no appetite, not hungry, I would only eat when I feel faint, dizzy or shaky...have you checked with your dr to talk about your symptoms? Do u feel any different (weird feeling/thoughts)? Maybe you need to see your dr if you still don't have the appetite to eat.
