Anxiety

So I've been having marching band camp but every morning I'll have little burst of anxiety which cause diarrhea and vomiting which cause me to miss camp. The anxiety is necessarily about anything specific and the attacks usually happen when it's dark out how can I overcome the little bursts I feel so alone and want to cry but I know it will make it worse if I do SOMEONE HELP

I have anxiety too and the worst feeling is being alone! to avoid this, try talking to someone about it like a camp counselor or a close friend or, of course, a family member. always keep positive thoughts in your head and when you wake up tell yourself this is going to be a good day! take a few deep breaths and remember to smile! hope this helped!
