what shall i do?

hi i was just wandering if you have any tips or methods/ ways i can accept this is anxiety. I spend a whole day convincing myself it is anxiety and then wake up the next day get symptoms and i think i am dying again. I keep thinking what if it isn't anxiety and i am telling myself it is. x

trust me you have the same classic symptoms as me i know we chatted before lol i really think you need to tell your doctor everything, and JSGeare speaks a lot of truth sometimes when i get scared i read over the post he sent me and it helps, its a weird thing the mind you can make any symptom happen if you think long and hard enough x

"Real" is the word, alright. They are totally real. But they are also totally the same feelings you could have from some independent cause, disorder or disease, which is WHY we take all those tests -to rule of the other causes. Once those are "out," that leaves anxiety IN. Of course, you could also HAVE an actual independent issue of some kind and THAT would cause anxiety -but it would be anxiety you'd understand. People who have had heart attacks understandably feel anxious about another one.

Sooner or later, you'll "get it," that what you have os all about the anxiety. Then you get treatment -possibly meds, and therapy, and then you start recovering.

But don't judge on the "reality" of the feelings. Your body and brain has to use the same kit of symptoms no matter what's being reported.

Im exactly like you. I tell me self its anxiety.. Its gotta be.. but then I think.. No it cant be.. These symptoms are too real. =/
