Anyone feel weird ALL THE TIME?

Hello everyone,
Just want to know whether anyone else here feels strange 100% of the time? I know that when you have panic attacks you can get numbness and tingling and headache......... but i seem to have it most of the time, pretty much all day. I just feel like im in a dream all the time, im scared all the time, does anyone else get this?
I took myself into ER earlier today in the hope that someone could help but they didnt even examin me, they just said to go home and calm down, why cant they just reassure me? Am i really going crazy?

This sounds so much like what I have been going throw for a year.
I'm scared so much of the time of random things. Are you still having yours or did you find out a fix

do you ever feel like your shaking or a pain in your head and a warm feeling in your chest,then it feels like your hearts about to stop and it feels like something hot dripping off of it

I feel the same way like I thought I was going insane but it really helps knowing there are other people who feel this way. Its really rough constantly having the feeling of death. But does it get any better in time?

I also feel like I'm going to die at least 1 time throughout the day... crazy cause I'm on elevil as Lexa pro had to many side effects. But now I see a therapist who has me believing I can beat this thing called anxiety. It's OK to take aantidepressants I hate being alone stay at home mom. Worst fear having a seizure or stroke and no one there but my kids and me.

did you do anything to help with the depersonalization? I feel like im suffering from that but i'm not sure. it's making me confused depressed i just dont feel like me i dont even know who i am anymore it gets so bad. i function normally but my head NEVER feels normal from dusk to dawn im sick of it. i feel like im slowly dying.
