Bad Anxiety

I have been having really bad anxiety for about 3 to 4 months now and I have felt dizzy and not myself every single day. It was after I got my concussion. I went to the ER and got MRI but it came back fine. about a week ago the dizziness was really bad I felt like I was going to pass out, and my vision was bad so I went to the ER. they did an EKG, blood work, and chest X-ray. everything came back fine, yet I still have these problems, really bad dizziness, lightheaded, numb just about everywhere, tingling face and fingers, pupils that dialate fast, bulding veins on side of head, brain fog, really bad after images, floaters, flashes of lights, hard to breath, thinking about breathing too much, head pressure in temples and behind eyes and back of head, nose clogged, can never fall asleep because it feels like I stop breathing right before falling asleep, on and off shooting pains in head, confusion, and so much more. It just scares me because I think something is wrong with my brain. I am a major hypochondriat. it feels like a new symptom everyday. I just want to know if this is anxiety or not. the eye problems scare me the most and the temple pains. I just have to look at something for a second then I look away from it and see the same thing just somewhere else for about a second then it goes away. and the flashes of light really scare me. I'm sorry this is so long I just really need help to see if this can be caused by anxiety.. :(
and these symptoms are 24/7

Anxiety can cause everything you just listed. Look at the facts in your post. Mri, blood work, x Ray, ekg, etc. ALL HEALTHY! That is great news. You were given a clean bill of health you should feel happy about that. Have you addressed your anxiety and not the symptoms (which are causes by anxiety)?? Any therapy? Doctors? Medication? The sooner you accept its anxiety the sooner you can tackle the beast.
