Don't beat yourself up because of a bad day. We all have them, especially when dealing with anxiety. You have a lot of stress going on in your life right now and you are doing the best you can with it...that is all we can hope for, so keep your head up and be proud you are dealing with this. Caffeine can definitely raise your anxiety level in my opinion.
As an anxiety sufferer, I do what I can and forget about the shoulds! Just do your best, and I must add, coffee and anxiety aren't a good combo! Hope you feel better tomorrow! Studchick
yeah coffee makes me nerves. hang in there , i know it dont take much to set the anxiety bug into motion, try relax and think of good things if you can.
