A girl i like
Im going ice skating in a few hours and a girl i like might be there. Im a little nervous but im more nervous that my heart might act up and beat funny. Ive been to the cardiologist and he said everything is fine and i shouldnt worry. I just dont wont my heart to do anything funny. Can anyone help!!!
It is alittle scary. Over time believe it or not but you actually get use to it. When I have it happen now I just ignore it. They say everyone experiences it, just some people can feel them better than others. As scary as they are, your healthy! Relish in that thought.
Completely ignore your heart! You are healthy and thats what matters. Go enjoy yourself. Just remember if it does beat alittle off, its normal. It wont hurt you, you are 100% ok. Just acknowledge it and keep right on skating. You can do this and deserve to go out and have fun! Keep us updated and Good Luck!!!
