Book - Anxiety Disease by David Sheehan

by nicksad, May 22, 2009 08:11AM
Has anybody read the book "The Anxiety Disease" by David Sheehan?

I just started into it and it talks about a lot of different stuff that I haven't seen mentioned elsewhere.  Weird considering it was published 25 years ago and I just picked up a new copy at the bookstore.  There are many things in it that make sense and it seems he really understood the problem at the time.

Disease? Not a term I would use for anxiety. Makes it sound a whole lot worse. But whatever helps each person. If it does the trick for you. Enjoy it.
