You have the answer to your question. If you want to learn tips many of us use to combat anxiety keep posting. Don't feel alone or weird because you think of a brain tumor. There are few of us who haven't conjured up scary medical problems due to our anxious minds:).
The dots in your vision are called "floaters" and we all have them, and they are nothing to worry about. You sound prefectly fine to me, with no need to put this added worry on yourself.
No, I dont have a brain tumor I just think I do... My symptoms are dots in my vision...And thats about it.. I never have headaches *Anymore* and my memory is okay I guess LOL..
Are you asking if anxiety can cause you to think you have a brain tumor, or are you telling us you have a brain tumor and want to know if it could cause anxiety?
What are your symptoms? If you are young and healthy, it is rare, but you can go to the hospital and ask for a brain scan if you have symptoms like constant headaches, loss of memory.
If you are just worrying, it may just be anxiety related. I used to have hypochondria because my father had a brain tumor so I feared getting one and felt like I had one. I got a brain scan and then I felt like i needed to get one every month to reassure myself. The doctor told me I have to just live my life and can't be doing brain scans every month because the radiation is bad for your body. You need to do a test once and then believe you don't have it and relax. Chances are you are healthy, and if you are not, there are treatments out there so you need to take it one step at a time.
