Breaking the cycle of irrational thinking

How should I go about breaking the cycle of my irrational thing and not let the anxiety take over. It at time becomes an OCD but just during stressful times, Ugh! I thought I put myself at risk but what I have read it is no risk for anything. What are some of the ways others deal with anxiety?

Need to find the root cause of my problem so it stop repeating every two years. It very hard to open up even to my therapist. I hate talking about me but I can see me being self destructive. Just making poor choices.

Try going gluten-free it freed me of anxiety and panic attacks. take care:)

Seeing a therapist could really help with your anxiety and OCD. You will learn how to break the cycle of irrational thinking and learn coping skills.
