sharp sudden pains in head.

Soo, I've been getting these sharp sudden pains in the upper right and left corners of my forehead
they come out of no where and they last between 2 secs to this latest one that i've had for like 10 mins

I don't know what it can be realted to because I do have anxiety and streess and over think things
and i have been constipated lately

But they really hurt and come and go can someone please help me out with some answers for these before i got to the doctors ?

ive had something similar but more long term.  out of nowhere a week ago i got lightheaded and had a pain on the top of my head, ive had it on and off since then and i get it more when im stressed.  yours may be anxiety as well, but it never hurts to go to the docs for reassurance
