Burping from Acid reflux causing dizziness?

I have been burping nonstop since I ate some lasagna earlier this afternoon and it's causing me to feel dizzy.  The ER doctor I talked to last week said that I could be irritating nerves in the stomach and chest region of my body, specifically the vagus nerve I was just wondering if this is possible?  She said that the vagus nerve controls heart rate sometimes and if it is irritated by the gas buildup and pressure in the stomach and can cause arrhythmia's and dizziness from drop of blood pressure.  I was also in the same position with my neck bent forward while I was gaming and this was for about 4=5 hours could this also cause dizziness?  Just bad posture in general

May b I'm having same problem but I'm suffering with burps n fast heart beat since past 3 days
