I have been taking vit. bcomplex with folic acid as prescribed by my OB, who said alot of women get this way (i don't know how old you are) in their late 30's to 40's- i am 42 and started w/this really nervous/shaky internal feeling, but externally i looked like nothing was wrong... I take it twice a day sometimes and if i really have a problem, i do have a low dos (.25mg) of xanax that i take on an as needed basis. I also do deep belly breathing and try like heck to focus on anything but my symptoms.
I liked zoloft that was the bestfor calming me but the doctor took me off it bcause of fast heart rate!! I think i was on the lowest dose... what dose do you take?
I have alot of books cbt for dummies, the linden method but my anxiety is so high i am just unable o concentrate on them! :-( And klon is not pescribed here in the uk.... well where i am anyway..
zoloft, I have experienced the same exact thing u have. but zoloft has haelped me about 85%.
Have you tried klonopin? This is a drug made to specifically treat long-term anxiety and many people on this site have had great success with it.
