Hi, anxiety can lead to a lot of physical symptoms and dizziness is one of them...

Also you had tests done and know that nothing is wrong so you must start a accepting it and try to learn to deal with the dizziness.

I can related to the kind of anxiety I live right now, it's call health anxiety and everyday I live with physical symptoms and saw so many docs and cardiologists and had some many tests done for my heart, head... Nothing seem to be wrong with me but I still live with chronic headache 24 h non stop for 2 years now, have chronic chest pain, left arm numbness, jaw pain, dizziness, have intestinal problems, stop counting how many times I got to the ER because I was thinking that I had a heart attack but I didn't had one... I have severe anxiety, panic disorder with agoraphobia, social phobia, somatisation disorder, have heart problems as well and intestine problems who lead to 3 intestinal obstructions with 3 major surgeries in the last 1 1/2 years... I'm homebound, can't go out of my house, some day I'm in pain and so tired that I can't even get up so I'm bedbound...

Ask your Doc for meds to control your anxiety and also ask to do a CBT therapy, it can help...

For the f ast heart rate and palpitations its normal symptoms of anxiety... I take a med call a beta blocker to reduce my heart rate... Mine can go into the 160 sit and even more when I have a panic attack... I can't exercise of course... My heart still race all the time even if I'm sit and do nothing... The heart med helped me for some months but not work anymore...

I understand your distress trust me on that... I live in that bad state of minds since 3 years and I'm still alive... Don't feel good at all but I'm alive and keep hope that one day I will recover and live a normal life... You can hope for the same...

Good luck to you and take care!!!

I am not aware that anxiety causes dizziness. I think you have to look elsewhere. Some ailments are very hard to diagnose. Unfortunately medicine is not a complete science.
