Yes, many of us do. Some has it constantly, while for others it comes and goes. Look at what you were doing or thinking about when you felt anxious and that may be a clue as to why you get anxiety. You're very fortunate to be able to escape from it and with practice you may just beat this! Write down what is going on when your anxiety is high and see if there is a pattern and go from there.
