Can't sleep due to panic attack

Alright u seen my post before didn't mean to put that one up, the night before this one I fell asleep and a few hours later I was pulled out my sleep by a panic attack which basically in my mind made me scared to sleep now  and I fell asleep really early than usually and I haven't had this in a long time and wanted to know if anyone has gone through something like this before where u sleep and hours later out of nowhere u woke up in a panic attack for no reason and feel ur heart beating like it's causing a heart attack hitting against ur chest and fear to sleep now due to it?

In my experience with anxiety, at times I would also wake up with a full fledged panic attack.   I also had trouble trying to fall asleep as well probably because I didn't have as many distractions to keep me occupied like during the day.  Are you in counseling right now for your anxiety?  For me, just talking it over and learning about it, helped me confront and get long term relief from it.

Night time and sleep is when 9/10 of my anxiety and panic attacks occur, so yes I know exactly how you feel. I constantly fear I'm having a heart attack. It's awful. I struggle with this all of the time.
