Reused Needles

i stay in Europe. on 10th april i was at a govt emergency hospital due pain in back. They took my blood sample for CBC. The nurse did not open the needle wrpper in front of me. on 16th april i got a sore throat followed by dry cough..which lasted till 24 april. do u think this is sign of ars? should i get tested ?

In the worst case if they have reused the needle, does sore throat & cough after 8 days sound like ARS ?
If the needle is reused how much is my risk ?
Can i continue unprotected relationship with my wife ?

Needles are only reused in back alleys. Professionals NEVER reuse needles for safety (health) reasons..............YOURS AND THEIRS!
