Celexa

I just started  10mg of Celexa and took my second dose yesterday.  I know, even after so few doses that it isn't right for me.  Should I cut a pill in half for today or should I just stop?  I realize that I haven't been on it for long enough for it to really build up in my system, but I don't want any withdrawal symptoms either.  I hate the dizzy feeling and the lack of sleep.  I have felt like I have the stomach flu since I took it.

The are a few people (you may be one) that just don't tolerate antidepressants very well.

I would say that after just a couple dosages at such a low dosage that the odds of getting sick from that would be very low, but you never know.

It takes the body time to adjust to any new medication. Most likly the reaction your having to Celexa would fade after taking it for awhile, but if it's just not worth the discomfort for you then you may want to stop.

You have not been taking the drug long enough to even need to taper off it. Not enough of the drug has built up in your system to cause withdrawl (withdrawal).
