Chest Pain/left upper arm pain and Anxiety

I'm 26 yrs old and I have had chest pain/under my left arm pit and upper left arm pain for sometime. I have been to the cardiologist and and have had a stress test, blood work ETC. Everything comes back fine. I'm a police officer and i'm not in that bad of space, I'm not over weight or anything. I was recently diagnosed with Behcet's Disease, and have been on and off pednisone since 2009, and also humira and pain meds for this disease. So yes I have a lot of stress and panic attacks, but can it really cause tha much pain to feel like your having a heart attack? Also it seems everytime I take my pain meds for my Behcet's disease, my chest and arm hurts. I asked my pain management about this and he said that that medicine usually doesn't do that. So I guess maybe it's anixety. I am under a lot of stress dealing with this disease, my job, newly married. I'm trying to deal with it the best I can. I have medicine for the anixety but i'm scared to take it along with the meds for my behcet's...... I'm scared i'll over medicate myself or something. Also my chest seems to hurt when i drink coffee or have an nergy drink/5 hour engery. But I take those because I have been up the night before due to the behcet's disease/pain??

Any sugguestions on the chest pain/arm pain. Sorry to unload about everything else, just trying to give the full scoope of things in my life.

In my opinion and in many other experiences within this community, I would have to answer with a resounding, "YES," as the answer to your question.  Panic attacks quite often feel and are misinterpreted as heart attacks especially if our fears are related to our health.  The mind is very powerful.  When I first experienced a panic attack I rushed to the ER and did not originally believe the anxiety diagnosis.  I spent months going from doctor to doctor just trying to find out what was wrong.  I also believe I became so oversensitized to any and every feeling related to my heart health that of course I notice every little pain, twinge, skipped beat, etc.  I also misinterpreted these symptoms as sometthing that was catastrophically wrong with me.
I believe I really started to make progress when I went to counseling for the anxiety.  At first, I did not believe that it could be that powerful, but as time went on, I realized that what I was experiencing really was not that unique at all.  There are literally millions of people that have gone through this that share many common experiences.  Second, it also gave me the knowledge to confront it.  Initially, anxiety is confusing and scary, and I believe we tend to fear what we do not understand, so as I learned more about the subject it helped me to deal with it.
Furthermore, you are going through a lot right now and stress can definitely induce anxiety and panic in my opinion.  When you recognize it for what it is, it is much easier to confront in my experience with this.  Keep us posted.
