Chest and back pain
I have GAD, however my chest is having pain that feels like its between the left center of my chest, upper back, and left arm. I hope it's not my heart...??
Have you seen your doctor about this? Anxiety can cause all sorts of pains all over our body, especially if we are worried about a particular area. In my experience with anxiety, it originally came about with concerns over my heart. I felt every little pain, twitch, skipped beat, etc. In my opinion, we can become 'oversensitized' and misinterepret our symptoms. Have you had anxiety problems in the past?
Its always wise to get an ECG done for any chestpain.
