Hey there. I have been suffering from anxiety and the occasional panicPanic disorder Panic disorder with agoraphobia attack for about 5 years now. I have been on all sorts of SSRI's and just recently tapered off clonazepam with relative ease (which i took for 2 years). I have now been "drug-free" for a few weeks now, but have developed a perpetual headache. It is present all day long, whether or not I am anxious (I usually am not now) and it seems like if I could just get rid of the headache I would be pretty much 100% healthy, with only occasional anxiety problems. I had this headache condition prior to taking any meds and it was not present when I was on meds, however I used to be anxious AND have the headache before and now it is JUST THE HEADACHE. Is persistent headache commonCommon cold even when I don't feel overly anxious??
I am not really sure what could be causing a headache. Are you stressed? Have you gone to see your doctor about it? Millions of people suffer from frequent headaches and there all sorts of causes from stress to posturePosture Posture-d h/p.
