Curious..symptoms and time of day?? and everyday?

My symptoms as of lately, as my anxiety has skyrocketed in the past month. Before that I was just "dealing" with the minor everyday nervousness, shakes, weak legs, vision going goofy if i was moving around alot, and palpitations with a few skipped beats every once in a while.  As of now...
I wake up feeling a slight weight on my chest in the center, so slight its almost like a feather. Besides that im perfectly fine when i wake up and get up...  a few hours later things start to go downhill. I start moving around...  chest weight is gone while standing. Oh i do wake up with unwanted health thoughts though... right off the bat. I quiet them down, or try as soon as it starts. That or a line of a song repeating in my head (dont know what thats about) lol
So, it starts...  i start to get wobbley..
legs shake like crazy
hands tremble slightly
feel like legs dont want to work or something
want to pass out (Like leaning on kitchen sink just to hold myself upright to wash dishes)
a little out of breath
lump in throat or a phlem feeling
butterflies in stomach and nausea (new within past few weeks! never had any stomach probs!)
rapid heartbeat walking around...sometimes
lightheaded
what i call "weird googley eyes" where my vision just seems to get weird, and i feel better with sunglasses on)
I get hot flashes.. that follows a weird chest feeling..every once in a while.
Skipped beats.....  rarely but they do happen
A gnawing feeling in stomach (new)
Flushed face and chest and neck
Hot or cold..switches back and forth.

Between about 1pm until 7ish....  it seems at its worst..just so many things going on i feel like i cant function.  (I do eat and drink tons of water thoughout the day and night, and take a vitamin everyday)

I've had every test done...and some multiple times...
Blood work many times
CT scans
chest X-rays
EKGs....so many i cant count
(Clean bill of health every single time. Times i was sure i was dying or had pneumonia or god knows what. To be told its stress and anxiety and handed a perscription for valium or Ativan)

Anyone else have very severe leg issues? or maybe i just over think it and make it worse...   My legs just shake so bad all the time, and i also get calf pain, or extreme feeling of they are so weak i cant walk. I think if that would just go away or not be so bad...my problems wouldnt be half as bad.
With the new nausea and weight chest feelings...im a little concerned about a heart attack, but common sense and the fact that its very random and depends on what im doing (like driving, bad nausea!)  i really dont think so.

Anyway...bedtime happens to be my best time of day. My symptoms seem to taper off...then again im laying.. so....     just curious as to what anyone else feels daily.. and symptoms.

(I just lost my medical, so visits to the dr are out right now... have to cope on my own for the time being)
Anxiety ***** :(   (37/Female)  Not on any medication  or birth control or anything.  Take ibuprofen as needed..IF in any pain..  but i seldom feel pain.  Weird...so many symptoms but no pain.. huh.  (except calves)
Thank for listening to me babble...it just feels so good. I dont have friends or family who understand how hard it is most days. :)

Loose30cannon is right, the holidays can ramp up anxiety with all our "must do's" or other issues.

I have found that, when I struggle with anxiety, my witching hours are first thing in the morning, and at 3-4pm on the dot.  Are you taking the ativan?  If you're not, I would do so as the dr. prescribed.  It's good that you're eating and drinking - good nutrition and plenty of fluids help a lot.  Are you exercising?  Exercise gets good endorphins in our system, and can help burn off excess nervous energy.  Even just a good stretching routine for 10-15 min. a day can help.  Try some yoga - that has been a good managing technique for me.

When the anxiety is really gnawing at you, focus on your breathing.  Slow, deep, into-your-belly breaths, slow, deep exhale.  Keep telling yourself, "it
s just anxiety.  It's no fun, but it's just anxiety".  Distract yourself - put on some music and dance, do jumping jacks, call a friend, get up and go to the store, turn on a fave tv show or movie.  Distraction helps us interrupt the anxiety-focus vortex.

Hang in there!
