My head

So i have been diagnosed with depression and anxiety,
Recently i have noticed that i keep feeling slightly dizzy but it's not too bad but my head keeps twitching or 'shunting' like my whole head just twitches.
I get quite a lot of tension headaches and such in addition.
Sometimes when im just sat there or standing my head just feels like its swaying and i cant stop it moving almost like its floating
Also, my ears especially my right keeps feeling blocked and everytime i speak or sing past a certain volume it pops and 'spasms' and this is patichalry aggrivating as i love to sing but it's putting me off it

Are you breastfeeding Kelz?? I had diziness throughout my entire pregnancy and 10 months after. I have severe anxiety but the diziness somewhat stopped(not completely) when I started to supplement. Diziness can be a million things, including hormones and anxiety. Even allergies.

Same here. Ever since that first panic attack triggered my anxiety, I kept getting dizziness with head pressure. Its pretty hard for me even though I experienced it for a week only.
