A whatasm? Orgasm? What the hell is that?
I take 3mg of Xanax daily for my anxiety/panic attacks. The last 2 were just within the last 2 weeks. Generally, mine consist mainly of the tunnel-vision sort. I was waiting in line at Walgreen's pharmacy, of all places, when the walls just started closing in. I thought I could make it but to save space in this post, I turned and got outside as fast as I possibly could.
Thank god I had a couple of Xanax at home or I would have been fighting agoraphobia to get outside back up there.
The one last week was one of the worst, or weirdest. Thank god I was home but it was still every bit as frightening. I was sitting on my sofa leafing through some periodical and out of nowhere I literally felt like what I called at the time a 5,000 lb. block of cement descending to encase me. For some inexplicable reason I knew it was 5,000 lbs. I grabbed 2 Xanax post haste hoping against hope they would work before I was crushed. I'm not making any of this up or exaggerating in the least. I felt scared for my life. Now, life changing events were taking place at the time. The thought of moving, which is one reason I'm where I'm at for the last 17 years. Unless there's a roach (and we won't even go there with anxiety), I ain't budging.
And that, my friends, is why I will never give up that little blue pill. People can call me an addict, they can call me weak, anything. Couldn't give a rat's behind.
Literally, seconds that felt like an eternity. Thanks again, mom. For the DNA, not blaming her...any longer.
Dizziness is a common withdrawal symptom. If this is your only problem, consider yourself having had a very successful taper off. Have you had a physical lately? Always good to see if your nutrient levels are okay. Two things you can try are ginger which can help with dizziness and fish oil, which many have said helps with withdrawal symptoms. I would think this would pass. Do you exercise at all? Or climb stairs? Just wondering, because it would be interesting to know if those activities also made you dizzy.
