Okay, here's my day: Wake up at 6am and lay in bed until 6:30. I am usually off balance, sometimes fully dizzy upon waking. Shower, make kids lunches, smoke a cigarette, blow dry my hair, get kids up, dressed, etc. Drive 40 minutes to kids school, I eat during this time, and drop them off. I am usually off balance and dizzy this whole time, agitated, feel weird. Then I am off to work. I drive around ALL day until about 2pm. I eat a good lunch with snacks in between. After dropping kids off, I start to feel okay until about 2pm. I am able to drive, eat, feel somewhat normal. Then I get this blanket of fatigue and anxiety that hits me about 3pm until after dinner. It is worse at home when I have no plans for the evening. But most of the week, I am driving to and from softball and baseball, etc with the kids' games and practices. I am usually really spacey and off balance and tired while cooking dinner. Then I "snap" out of it about 7-8 and feel good. I sleep very well, usually 8 hours and don't usually wake up in the middle of the night. The morning and afternoon feelings are getting me down. I have been tested for everything and am fine, except for the occasional virus bug, and I get bladder infections a lot. I am naseuos during these times too and lightheaded, zaps of lightheadedness. My blood sugar is fine, I test it when I feel unwell. My blood pressure is fine, no temp. I take no meds. This has been ongoing for 3 years and sometimes I think it is getting worse. It was to the point where I didn't drive but I do now. I went to therapy for 8 months and started to feel a bit better but never 100%. They found that I had MONO at some point in my life but not sure when or if it was recent. Is this all just anxiety? I feel like I am dying of some cancer that no one can find. I have shortness of breath that comes and goes, not associated with a panic attack, I have pain in my shoulder that I fear is heart related, I am dizzy, I am sick to my stomach. I am not very active in that I don't exercise, but I am constantly going. But I spend a good majority of my time in the car. What am I missing? Is there something else I should test for? Sorry for the long post, just extremely frustrated and ready to give up...
