Does anyone experience sharp pain in hands?

well its a long time now that i gethis..its worse some days..i kind of get this sharp pain in my hands (usually like on palm of my hands or like fingers) and it lasts like for 2-3 seconds..i just want to know if anyone else experiences something similar..

We all can experience pain in certain areas from time to time.  I have had a pinched nerve before that has shot sharp pains down my arm.  Quiet often they are nothing serious, but why not get it checked out?  It may be a simple fix.  I get all sorts of pains here and there every day...sometimes it is just life:)...lets you know we are alive and kicking!

i get this pain with my anxiety, so does my sister, i get it all over my body, everywhere. it started off in my left leg outer thigh and moved to mainly my fingers and now i get it all day every day randomly. scares me when its in my head tho. i really want to know what it is because not everyone with anxiety gets it but i know i didnt get it before i had anxiety, quite glad ive found someone else that gets it actually, ashley x

I get the same in my palms fingers and in my feet in the arches.   I too have had anxiety for a few months due hip pain that has lasted over a year.   I noticed that it happens more when I am sick.   Do you also get sporadic numbness in your hands?  I also get a dull ache in my forearms when this happens.  Have you tried taking anxiety medications when it happens and if so does it help?
