anxiety nausea and crying

I have been suffering from anxiety/depression for nearly 18 months and have had medication and therapy but it won't go away.  I am trying to do part time work.  I feel nauseas most of the time, hence not eating well. I am crying everyday and it doesn't seem to be going away.  I am now on venlafaxine (started 4 days ago) and a 10mg dose of diazepam.  Can you help with any advice for me.
I do relaxation and try to be positive but it is not easy when feeling nauseas most of the time especially when food is put in front of me.

Think about restricting your diet to all natural foods.  Veggies, fruits, meat.  No sauces of any kind, no sugar, no caffiene, or anything.  5 days should work to see if you notice a difference.  Then you can add things back in slowly but surely to see what is the problem.  You have to be extremely strict  for the 5 day period.  .

Try to remember that your brain controls your body and you are in control of your brain.
If you make a conscious effort to control your thoughts you will find that you can ease your panic and episodes of anxiety.
I wish you the best and know you are not alone.
