Does this sound like GAD symptoms or something else?

I'm not sure but I check symptoms online and take these anxiety self test online all the time and their all pretty high.  The most common symptom I face is Pain in the adbominal area a few inches above the belly button and it moves a few inches to the left and right on the front and it feel like the pain is on the bone of the bottom of my ribs on the front and when I try to burp and put my hand over the sore spots I can feel my burp in that are.  I get stinging sensations all over my chest, mainly on the left side close to my shoulder and pressure in the middle that only last a few seconds and stops and burping is the same for that if I purp i get relief for a second.  Im always hurting oll over the place from my back and my ribs and the back of my head mainly on the right side and seldomly head aches.  The back pain feels like pressure in one part of the back usually at the top.  I also get these sensations where I can feel my hear and i always pull my shirt up because its weird and I always feel like a drop off water was dripped in my chest and abdomen area that only last a second then stops.  I don't sleep well at night either.  I go to bed at around 1 usually and wake up early because im usually not tired and I lay in bed sometimes trying to get to sleep.  I use to drink a lot of caffeine but lately I have been drinking more water and it still doesn't seem like its helping any.  I'm also always nervous,  and my muscles always seem tense because I had a couple shots done yesterday for college and they stung pretty badly and usually I never have that much pain and they were the Meningitis and TB test.  I always think I have some disease and sometime I will feel good about myself then the thoughts willl come back.  I always feel dizzy everyday,  im not really dizzy I just feel like I am and my legs feel wabbly when I walk.  I took a year off school and im finally going back and it killed me not being there and I figure that coulld be part of it.  I also have experience left eye pain like a slight stabbing which has pretty much quite and I squint right when I walk outside like my eyes are more sensative to the light and that doesn't last long and plus my ankles hurt every once in a whille when I walk or put pressure on them and my doctor look at my feet and he couldnt find anything.  Sorry This is so long but I want some feed back,  My doctor when I told him mentioned anxiety but he didn't say if It was and anxiety disorder or anything.  i been taking One a Day mulivitamins every morning and Valerian Root plus Calming Balm capsules everynight and they dont dont seem to be helping and i been taking then for a couple weeks.  thanks for all your input

I completely relate to everything you are saying. I get the pain very strongly and very often on the bottom bone of my rib, and it is sharp and I can pin point it with my finger. My back and ribs are constantly hurting too. Sometimes on the tops of my shoulders and sometimes all the way around both sides of my rib cage. I can feel my heart too and I often find myself with my shirt up over my left rib area trying to see how hard its beating. Sleep is very hard to come by too. I cant seem to fall asleep then in the mornings when I should be tired I feel I need to get up. All my symptoms are way worse in the morning too. I too was just told to get off the caffeine. I used to drink a ton of soda plus many many Red Bulls. But now that I've been off caffeine for a two months, it doesn't seem to help any. I still have pain all over all the of the time and I still have a rapid heartbeat that never seems to go away.

i have anxiety and i feel like im dizzy but its not really dizziness. i have a pychiatrist and ive asked her about it and she always tells me its my anxiety. and everyone feels this way with anxiety. your gonna feel funny your gonna be scared for no rason sometimes its just how the anxiety works. if you had panic attacks before. you need to tell yourself when your goin into one or feel one comming on be like "ok, ive had these before and i was ok after it passed" everythign will be fine.all you need to do is find something to get your mind off of it . yea i kno its easyer than it looks.  its all ok..
