About 2 months ago I randomly started getting weird cold sensations ( but warm to the touch) in my right arm. It quickly went to tingling and burning sensations in my arms and hands and neck pain. About 2 days later I woke up with weakness in my arms and legs. I can still lift everything I could before I felt like this, but it seemed the more I thought about it, the worse it got. I then went to the Dr. who said my lymph nodes in my neck were enlarged and so he put me antibiotics to see if that would kick whatever I felt. It never did. In fact I started to convince myself I had MS or ALS because I couldn't keep myself off the internet. I hate self diagnosers (jk), and I am one of them lol. Anyways, after reading about MS and twitching and fiscillations (sp), I started developing all of the symptoms. Trouble swallowing, double vision ( ive had my eyes looked at twice and they say I look very healthy just a stigmatism and a little near sided.) Anyways, the Dr.s did soo many bloode tests from thyroid, to b12, iron, magnesium, everything came back normal. Also an MRI of my c spine came back healthy also. Now I also have had bad anxiety since I was little. Its gotten recently where I can't go through Drive threws to grab food, drive in traffic or go to the grocery store by myself. When I went and saw a neaurologist he did a quick exam and was like this isn't MS or anything bad, you are extremely healthy. He told me it sounded like anxiety. Now when I do take my anti anxiety meds, they help sometimes. They're very weak though, only .25 of alprazolam. Once the neurologist told me about it just being my anxiety, I have felt 90% better. Of course now that I'm planning a trip on an airplane and becoming quickly stressed all of the symptoms are coming back. The weirdest is the random muscle pains all over the bodys, joint pain, and if I put strain on my legs or hands, my muscle start to twitch. Could this all be anxiety?? I usually will only have panic attacks but its gradually getting worse when I can't even think straight at work or during the day.. Anyone have any idea's?
