...sounds like anxiety mixed with ocd. you can't hurt yourself by holding your breath...just drive yourself mad! :) Funny how you can hear something then it becomes part of your routine. I do the same thing. As far as anxiety goes, You're pretty much "normal" Lol.
hi smokinduby
yea i know exactly what your talking about.
ive had anxiety for about 6 monthes now
and i had panic attacks for about 3-4 monthes.
but ive seen to somehow ease my panic attacks so ihavent had anymore episodes.
except for minor anxiety attacks.
anyhow, i noticed that when my anxiety is really high
and or when i feel a new unusual anxiety symptom
i automatically think im going to die.
people with anxiety and or panic attacks
tend to automatically think the worst because we are so focused on our bodies and how we are feeling at the moment
that it makes us really sensitive to any little change or new feeling we experience.
even a minor headache can lead us to think that we have a brain tumor or sumthing.
so dont worry its really normal to feel unusual or out of place
the reason we feel strange is because we get episodes that are called depersonalization
or derealization.
this is caused by delayed perception.
While under constant stress or anxiety there is a build up of stress chemicals in your system that causes a delayed response in the transmission of information between neurotransmitter sites in your body. This slight delay between experience and thought can create a momentary sensation of unreality. The same effects are experienced under the influence of marijuana but people do not react with fear in this situation because they are aware it is the drug causing the sensation; it is when the sensation arrives while you are doing your tax returns that things feel a little scary!
lol
basically stress is the number 1 key to most of how we feel.
just try your best to keep busy, workout, eat better
you should be fine.
remember we all have good days and bad days
im grateful that most of my bad days are turning into good days
hang in there
<3
Oh yes it is very normal to feel very strange if you suffer from anxiety dissorder.
When mine gets bad I feel like I'm on somekind of bad LSD trip.
The symptoms can be completly bizar and scary.
