Not to be crude, but did you smell genitals after?

It's pretty unlikely that if you were that passed out that you would even become aroused while asleep, but I suppose it could happen.

If it happened recently enough (and you didn't bathe yet), you could certainly go to a hospital and ask them to do a rape test. While not common, men do sometimes get raped, so I'm sure they would be understanding, and properly check you for signs.

Also, you really should watch your lifestyle. It sounds like you're headed in a sketchy direction.

Well, one thing to consider is that large amounts of alcohol can result in impotence . . . so maybe this is your mind playing tricks on you.  I think if you are unsure, go to your doctor and get tested for STD's to make sure you did not contract one.

And obviously, you need to address this excessive drinking.  To become out of control drunk is not a safe thing to do and to then find yourself with two prostitutes makes it that much worse.  You know you could be killed in that situation, right?  Not safe at all.  If alcohol is a problem, I'd suggest an AA meeting to see what you think.  It is a supportive atmosphere in which you can explore if alcohol is taking over your life.  Go online and look for a local meeting. They're often held at churches and are at all different times of the day.

Many people do self medicate with alcohol or drugs (or food, shopping, the internet, etc.) and if this is going on, you should address the underlying issue as well.  I wish you the very best of luck.

When one has too much to drink anything can happen and frequently does!!
Alcohol is probably one of the worst drugs out there, especially when used to excess.
It will wreak havoc on anyone with anxiety/depression/nervous conditions.

STOP DRINKING and seek professional help quickly.
I know this may be easier said then done but don't be afraid to ask for help. One step at a time does it.  You are here looking for help and that's a great sign.
