Burning sesation neck & shoulder

I get a hot burning sensation in my neck and shoulder and my face,neck,shoulder,turn red it last about 45 minutes. then I get a feeling like pins and needles in my shoulder and leg no pain and some time chills. I do not get dizzy or have any other problem talking or walking.
I would appreciate any help.
This happens about 2 3 times a week.

I get the same burning sensations in my arms and across my shoulders and into my chest.  It usually happens to me when I am feeling anxious(for no reason) and sometimes it's followed by a panic attack.  I get the pins and needles alot.  I find that easier to ignore.
