Freaking out please help!!!

Hey guys anyone here gets sharp pains by the heart and discomfort pain in the left side?? And i got a weird pain this morning in my back same spot if it was in the the front im sooo scared if its a heart attack coming im a 28 year old male i have anxiety im just scared!!! I went to the cardio about 3 months ago had a echo,stess test everything was normal and told me i need to lose weight do you think anything can change since i went 3 months ago im soooo scared pleasee someone help meee!!! And when i breathe i feel that sharp pain by my heart...thanks for ur time!! Just need help with this

Yea im trying to calm down he wanted to see me after 3 months so im gonna tell him this anxiety is bad im thinking the worst these symptoms feel so real and i feel like a heart attack is about to come on but the. I think to myself if i had a stress test , sono gram they would have pick something up? I dunno it just bothers me even at work that feeling comes on and i lose it i dont know what to do it scares the crap out of me i just hope i get thru this!!

if you had all thoses test 3 months ago your heart is fine,  you need to relax, have you called your heart dr? I am sure they are going tell you its fine and try and relax . did they give you any pill to calm you down. if so take it. and know your test showed you was good, its all anxiety

Yea its been so crazy i feel like i was having a heart attack this morning had a bad pain on my back then i said its the anxiety then it went away after 20 mins...but the sharp pains scared me!! But i had the sono gram done to me they said thats the best test i dunno..pm me will chat more so scared

I wish I could be of some help. I have the same thing as you do (which makes me believe it is just anxiety). Mine is scary because I feel it in my arms and jaw too (like my jaw is so tense as I am typing this). I get random twinges of pain all over my chest, mainly on the left side. I have had a few tests, EKG, chest xray bloodwork and ultrasound to look for clots, all fine, but still having all this pain. Right now I have no insurance which is extra scary for me.
With this being said you have had more tests than I have so I would take comfort in those results, despite them being 3 months ago. That really isn't long at all. Especially since you feel the pain when breathing, I dont think that is cardiac related.
