I would like to know if this happens to anyone else, or is it just me?

When waking up in the morning sometimes I feel like a million dollars.

But after taking my medications as schedule.

I start to feel worse and drawn down.

Is this normal?

I've been on my antianxiety drugs for over 10 years and just recently switched my                             antidepressant from celexa 20 mg to zolft 50 mg to help combat my OCD.

The anti anxiety drug use xanax 1 mg 4 times a day.
My regular medications are the standard bipolar medication

Lithium, xenix, Vistaril for sleep.

I know the xenix can cause anxiety.

As silverberg says, we need a little more information.  What medication is important as well as when you started it because it can take the body some time to adjust to the meds.  Also, remember anxiety and depression can come along at any time.  In my experience, I would feel my best in the morning sometimes because I had 'recharged' after a day of stress.  But when we are going through anxiety it takes a toll on us and can make us feel worse and run down...keep us posted!
