Feeling horrible for three days now. PLEASE help!

Ughhhh so I have generalized anxiety disorder, and every now and again will go through .days where i just feel terrible. Right now im having

Depersonalization
Dizzy, espically when standing and walking around
feeling like body is jerking
chest pains that come and go
left sided chest pain that raps into my ribs and armpit
fatigue
Throat tightness

I feel terrible, and have for the last few days. Is this normal with anxiety? I feel anxious with these physical symptoms all day long. And the only thing that ever makes my physical symptoms go away is if I go to the emergency room. And a week and a half ago, I went three times in a row in three days. Had Two EKGS, chest xray, blood work, and negative D Dimer ( negative for a blood clot)... As well as being checked out by my doctor, who said it was anxiety. Ive also had a ultrasound of my heart. which was normal.

Is this just anxiety? the chest pains always scare me the most. I also havent been sleeping well and am very tired, so im not sure if this can be attributing to everything. With all my testing should I be okay?

thank you for your response. I just feel like I have a terrible cold or flu, and my body is just so tired and slow. Im hoping nothing is seriously wrong, as I live in Virginia, and with thte hurricane I cant really go outside.

I think that it is anxiety specially if you have already been seen by the doctor. There are sooooooo many things that come with anxiety that it is quite unbeliavable. Have you ever tried seeing a psychologist and trying to figure out what triggers you might have? What about medication would you be willing to try it??? You have to try and be very proactive to get these issues under control because they take over your life (I know). Good luck to you.
