If anyone knows anything about Gabapentin a generic for Neuroton could someone share their information with me? I have been taking this since Feb.of this year and still have alot of breakthrough anxiety. I take 1800mg per day. Thanks!!!!!!!
Anything affecting Gaba can have an effect on sleep, anxiety, depression, seizures, nerve pain or other CNS problems. Lyrica is also one of the new drugs that affect Gaba.
Gabapentin, is distributed for dozens of medical disorders, however has only been approved for treating seizure disorder (epilepsy). there is a law suit against the manufacturer for aggressive marketing to doctors
to prescribe this drug for uses other than what it has been approved for by FDA. all uses other than seizure disorder (epilepsy) are not substantiated, open book prescription (testing)
my mother has gabapentin toxicity due to a build up of gabapentin in her system,is now in a comatose state..
I urge you to investigate side affects and case studies, independent of your doctor, the knowledge of reactions and side affects is low.
