Worried I have something wrong, or it could be anxiety.

Hi everyone, I have been dealing with shortness of breath and chest, arm and neck pain for two weeks now. I am a 19 year old female who is at a healthy weight. I noticed this the day my grandma died a which was the 23rd of January. She died of heart failure, and that worried me. Most of the time I feel short of air and have to yawn to get a full breath, I wake up in the middle of the night because my chest hurts or it is hard to breathe. I've had an ECG done, as well as blood tests and X-rays when i went to the ER and everything was fine. But im still worried. I have a vacation in 9 days to go to and im worried something will happen on the plane or where i'm going, plus worried ill lack sleep there because of the pain and not enjoy my trip. I don't want to die.

The ECG proved that nothing is wrong, but the problem is that you won't accept the results so you keep analyzing your body in fear and tensing up and sweating making you think something really is wrong. Considering your age, the chance of cardiac problems or breathing problems to just happen overnight is very small plus the ECG shows it doesn't even exist, so the solution is to accept the results or see a therapist for one on one. Some healthy people can never get over this fear of heart issues but many have had good results with therapy.
