driving was no problem for me. i could deal with traffic and that, but after being involve din a road rage incident I have had problems driving in traffic. I'm fine on side streets and such but the main road sof my town I get nervous. Especially in the daytime when it's most busy. Night tim I'm actually fine lol. ANyway could anyone give tips? I think I just need to get comfortable again.
I'm sorry to hear you went through a road rage incident. That can be so scary. Like you, I have problems driving in traffic. Not because of any reason, just because I have anxiety. What helps me is to turn the radio on and concentrate on the music. Of course you have to concentrate on what's going on around you too. I hope things get better for you very soon.
