The thing I miss the most about pre-Anxiety days is drinking caffeinated sodas such as Coke and Pepsi. What are some good drinks that are very low on caffeine that I can use to replace my cravings for these drinks?
Yes,its been months since i drank caffeinated coke and pepsi since the began of my anxiety,but not taking them does bring some good benefits to me,i can sleep much better at night now.I am not sure what can be ur replacement,but for me i switch to fresh juice which does makes me feel much better.
